I had the NEW Lightweights which were fab, have just replaced them with a set of Prolites for Bailey as everybody raves about them but hav'nt used them yet.
Have the PE Ultimate boots for hacking but TBH I would'nt go XC in them
I use prolites all round but with racing we use ones begining with E there black with a yellow E and they seem great and all are in Med and seem to fit all the horses it not a little big in the finner ex flat horses and a little small round the leg for the big chasers!!
I use the premier equine extreme competition hinds and they are fab. Never slip and wash really well too. the canon protector is well placed and although i don't want her to hit a fence i know that if she did she would be covered.
Think it depends on your horse - either sizing or how they move. Had NEW lightweights on old horse and liked them but back ones on new horse slipped badly. Also haven't like the new ones as much as the original. Got WW hinds instead and they haven't slipped and wash better
