Hippo has thread in Veterinary - please read!

My OH has posted pictures of Hippo's lump in Veterinary. The thread is called "Opinions on Ali"s Lump".

Please take a look and comment if you have recommendations. I am wondering whether to get another vet to look at her - I am worried it might be a sarcoid
