Hippo Mini Shower reviews?

Has anyone got a review of the little electric shower that Hippo do? Thinking of buying one but would like to hear from anyone who has one - is the water warm or tepid?

I looked into these, and it does say in their own info the water will not be very warm. Maybe better if not too far from the unit. If you want hot go for the bigger gas powered one

Buy a caravan shower rather than a horse one, same thing but much cheaper.

My friend has one and likes it. I would say the water is warmer than tepid on hers but its far from the nice hot water I used to get from my gas shower.
The flow of water seems to be very important, if she turns the water flow down slightly the water travels through the unit slower so comes our warmer.
I'd probably buy one for summer bathing and washing legs but if I showed a grey at the early/late winter shows I would possibly think twice.

I’ve been humming and haaing about this too. I have a normal shower wired in at home and if I set it to what I think is a nice temp the horses hate it…if I set it colder but just sort of warm they like it. So tepid might be okay.

Exactly, who really needs properly hot water to shower a horse?
