We have a livery well x livery moved down the road . she now moving into next door yard but they have no lighting. do any of you hire your school in the winter with lights and what do you charge I was thinking around £ 5 per hour

Our indoor is hired out at £20/hr plus £2 for lights.
Outdoor is also £20/hr but doesn't have lights, so only hired out in day.

I think it would depend on the surface etc as well. My old livery yard charges £2 per half hour but it wasnt a great school! Poor drainage in winter meaning any cold weather and it would freeze leaving it un-useable, was a sand surface so was sooo dusty when dry and it had no lights.
