HKM Mr Feel Warm products

Are they as good as back on track products? Considering a rug and some hock boots (horse has mild bog spavin due to conformation) and maybe a saddle pad, but not sure if Mr feel warm do them, I know back on track do. They are significantly cheaper, so do they work as well?
