I was also wondering this. 
The sizes are different too - every 10 cm instead of 3 inches.

Yes they are lovely. 
I recently bought my boy a HKM fleece and it's really good quality and very soft material. The sizes are American so instead of 6ft3 it's 6ft4!

A half neck turnout. I need 5'9 really and they have 125cm or 135cm measured along the back seam (withers to tail). Apparently 125 = 5'6-5'9 and the next size is 135 = 6ft. So I could get one for my mare who takes 6ft, but I was really after one for the rapidly growing gelding and he might not ever get big enough for 6ft. *sigh*
