And i know alot of HHO users dont have Facebook, and dont intend on joining, is there a computer wizz out there who could create a small website?  There could be different catagories such as

Saddles/Bridles
Bits
Rugs
Miscellanious (sp?)
EtcEtcEtc :)

And people could just comment with what they have or what they want. Or PM or email other users if they see something they like etc
People could simply create a username and add their email adress
But only Advertise items, not horses.
The same as other swap shops (like on FB) but just a small website for us to join?
Am i being unrealistic? Good or bad Idea? :D

If you go down the freewebs way, you can build a free website then at some point you can buy yourself a domain name (about £2-5 for 2 years) and to host the site they charge about £60-70 for 2 years, if you end up making money from it, it's worth paying for. I sorted one for my riding club, also means when it's paid for, you don't get manky adverts!

*only* issue i have with alternative swap shops is that - on here you dont know anyone....

on a random swap shop - i wouldnt use it as i like to see members with a few more posts before i partially trust them

TO has a very good swap shop :)

Alot of the users on this swap shop with also be users from HHO and will sometimes be using the same username so you would already know them from here :)
