And if it is then feel free to press the button
A few years ago I bought an Equifleece for Flyn at a Game Fair. I have to say that actually I should have bought the next size up, but hey ho, it does the job after a hard days work!
Anyway, just recently my son put coats on all three dogs after they had come back from swimming and shut them in the utility room.........
.... only to discover that Rosie the puppy had chewed Flyn's equifleece whilst he was wearing it
Both chest and girth buckles had been chewed off and a big hole chewed in the side!! So I contacted Equifleece and told them the story. They suggested I return the coat to see if it was repairable and I did.
It came back yesterday (less than week after I sent it) and they have replaced all the buckles and patched up the rest of it
And how much did they charge me?..............
£5
5 pounds !!!
I don't think that can be beaten in the "good customer service" stakes
