relatively new lady on small yard left note to ask for her pony to be put out this am. Pony bargey and generally no manners. She didn't seem to realise that putting out on icey ground wasn't just putting out but giving water and hay, field covered in frozen ice and covered in snow. Also taking ones life in ones hand as pony fell over yesterday when she put it out. It also meant that she visited her two other ponies once a day that were out 24/7 with no hay and water only changed or melted once a day. Some people. She has only visited today for the first time for about 5 days and other livery and I have been haying and watering her 3 for her. Just a note, no thanks and no idea about feed, or phone calls as no information given, just taken for granted. The other livery and I both work so time restricted. Flaming mad as even when weather not a problem ponies not looked after properly. Sorry for moan.

I take it you're all liveries on DIY? I've certainly been on yards where you could leave notes like that for the staff (ie leave notes for extra services you're later billed for). Benefit of doubt if she is new? She maybe is confused about who is who and what the deal is at her new yard?

Er, no not confused, a user! Uses other peoples stuff and doesn't put back. Shouts at pony repeatedly, as she is scared of it and no real basic care ie worming teeth etc. Has kept ponies all her life, she is middle aged. Turned out ponies seen only once a day, twice when we were doing them is just not good enopugh in this weather.
