Holding back leg up. Then kicking out to the side

Got horses in tonight. My three year old was resting hind rear leg. Higher than usual resting position. She walks fine. Not lame. But keeps lifting that leg up high then kicking out sideways as if in irritation. I got her in. Hosed. Had a good look. Couldn’t see anything. But I’ve never seen it before. Sent video to vet. He’s not thinking patella. As she’s not dragging the leg. Worried what she’s done.

Seriously, watch her like a hawk tonight if there is nothing on the leg to explain it and she is sound. It could be colic.
