I just started letting him do his own thing... he also likes to bite my arse when I pick out his feet. But he does it so gently. Just pinging the fabric of my breeches. Just a little game of his. The more freedom i give him the more little things I discover. He's a heap of fun!

One of mine likes to try to slide your hand between her teeth and lower gum when you give her treats.
She was an orphan foal so perhaps that explains it. It's a hideous feeling though.

I need to get Charlie to this stage. He has a diastoma between two front teeth so dentist has said I need to clean them once a week. I've been working on him letting me touch his lips and inside his mouth. 8 weeks on, we've managed about 3 seconds on the outside so far and haven't managed to pull his lips apart at all yet. He really doesn't like it. I think he must have been twitched and really remembers it. He a weirdo who doesn't like mints so my idea of using a lovely minty toothpaste hasn't worked either!
