Wow. I never before appreciated the time, effort and MONEY that goes into running a show! I have the land, I have the sponsors, I do not yet have insurance....(need to ring round more companies!) but I do have a very lovely friend with a lot of contacts willing to help me. I am getting ready to start finalising lists, classes, pricing up and ordering in - so before I do, has anyone had any previous experience with this and are there any things to watch out for / include?!
