Holiday cottages you can take your horse to?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any holiday cottages around North West and bit further, I'm nr Blackpool/ Preston and want somewhere not too nearby but not too far away as my box is quite slow so it takes ages to get anywhere. Preferably somewhere with nice hacking and if possible x country course. Was thinking of possibly Yorkshire - somewhere I wouldnt usually travel to in a day, going for a wk. Thanks

oh there is a really nice one in the lakes. lovely cottage with a paddock. can't remember the name, can get it if it helps.
