Hi

We have 4 dogs, all very well behaved, which we’d like to take away with us to Scotland for a week or so in September.
However trying to find a place to book that takes 4 dogs is a nightmare.
surely there’s other mad people with multiple dogs like us!
Has anyone got any advice or recommendations of where to look?
Thanks in advance!!

Hi, there’s a Facebook page Dog Friendly Holiday Accommodation. Only know of my dog trainer with four dogs and they sleep in her fully equipped van, so no help there ?

I have 4 dogs & I agree - it’s a nightmare! holiday lets will seemingly accept unlimited children, but dogs are another matter ?

I don’t have any advice I’m afraid.... I’ve given up going on holiday!

It is easier to find places which accept three dogs and they will usually accept a fourth one if you ask. i have had to do this several times.

Get yourself a caravan then you can go wherever you want with as many dogs as you want, anytime you want :)

Yes, I have to agree it is difficult. A lot of places accept a maximum of 2 dogs. Some will flex if you ring them but most wont.

I’ll be honest, if I rented out a holiday home, I wouldn’t allow multiple dogs and I own multiple dogs. Cleaning up in between customers must be horrendous.

We're struggling to find somewhere for 3 for next year for our anniversary so feel your pain. We normally camp so it's normally not an issue but we want somewhere special.
