holistic versus treeles

Anyone got a Barrie Swain Saddle or a holistic saddle - thoughts please versus treeless

I've got a Barrie Swain semiflex sitting in my tack room. It was for a horse that is now retired who was tricky to fit a saddle to. He went very well in it. I've never tried a treeless though so I can't compare.

I too have a Barrie Swain, dressage, sitting in my sitting room. Doesn't fit new cob, but it is a wonderful saddle. I keep wondering if I should sell.

I have one which worked remedially on one horse (now sadly departed) and brilliantly on another horse too; I think I might have sold it now as it is going with the second horse to her new home I will be very sad to see it go as they are brilliant and really useful saddles but I will be very happy to think that our mare will be comfortable and familiar with the saddle in her new home. It was the only thing about selling her that I was a bit worried about (that the new home wouldn't find such a lovely saddle for her) but the new owner has had the saddle with the pony on trial and wants both. Happy days. My OH still maintains that we should keep the saddle here!!

would consider selling it. What size do you need. Mine is the dressage model but I would say it is more like a VSD to ride in
