Holland and Barrett Vitamin E

Any reason this couldn’t be used? Often on 1/2 price promo so think the price works out quite well. Not so much when full price obviously.

I used to use their natural vitamin E capsules when they were on offer until I realised one of my horses could spit them out!

I think they would be very good.. I think the oil form is probably better than a powdered form of vit e.
Haven't costed them but H &B have offers and if you sign up you get one lot free every 5th order or something so if you could take that into account they may be very cost effective. From other stuff I have had with H & B I found it was a case of frequent price checking and hoarding but that saved a lot of money.

Good to hear. I’ve been using the above but just had a moment where I wasn’t sure if it was ok. I’m assuming as it’s ok for human consumption it’s fine.

It’s in a squeezey bottle so no faffing with capsules. Easy to put marks on the side of the bottle for doses.
