I have a 2yo by Hollins Hall, and I have looked after him as well when he was a 4yo.
He himself was a very playful lad, but also very easy to deal with. I used to ride him quite a lot and frequently had to remind myself I was sat on a 4yo stallion.
The 2yo has many attributes of both his parents. He is a very cheeky, playful and so far pretty bold character. He hasn't done much, I let my youngsters be horses for as long as possible as I think this sometimes gets lost later on in their lives. What he has done, leading round the property, foot trim, worming, injections etc he has been pretty easy.
He isn't that big, currently standing 15.2h, even though both parents were over 16.2h, but then he is a first foal. My mare is nearly pure TB, Double Trigger x Welton Lady.
