Homemade fly repelent

Does anyone make there own fly spray? And if so is it any good?

Yep, many people have found home made ones very good - there's a MAHOOSIVE post about it in Stable Yard regarding recipes etc, but for midge repellent I swear by using Avon Skin So Soft and Fresh xx
