i saw a recipe for them in last month horse and rider mag but now can't find the mag. so has anyone got the recipe? or any other recipes?

here is the recipe from the hore & rider magazine -
Carrot & Apple cookies
Vegetable oil
2 large carrots, grated
1 large apple, chopped finely
2tbsp molasses
2tbsp self-raising flour
4tbsp brown sugar
4tbsp bran
4tbsp porridge oats
about 120ml cold water
oven 200c/400f
Grease tin, mix all ingredients except water and stir well, gradually add water until mixture is think and doughy, pour mixture into tin and spread evenly, sprinkle a little sugar on top, cook for 30 mins until well-cooked, once cooked cut into squares.
