Homemade Stable rugs + Neckwarmer

Hi guys. Has anybody, or does anybody know how to make a heavyweight stable rug + neck warmer out of a sleeping bag and a duvet? the pictures show you an idea of what I looking to make In my dreams! I was wondering if any of you had cut a semicircle out of the short ends and like sowed the same shape of the duvet onto the inside? advantages + disadvantages plz thx anything would b appreciated

Why would you want to? I know people buy cheap as chips single duvets and put them on under stable rugs which I think is a brilliant idea ... Don't forget to buy a couple of cheap duvet covers though to keep it cleaner for longer!

well, just wanted 2 see if anyone had made these b4 as gr8 quality rugs r usually expensive

Sounds too much hassle. You'd need to make sure the straps were robust enough too. Look on eBay or second hand sites, you can probably pick up one on there for a few quid .

You can buy duvets for under a tenner with a cheapy cover so that it's easy to wash. Just put that on under your rugs with a surcingle.
