Homestead Equestrian

We went there to try a couple out and one was very nice, though was very put off when she couldn't find the right passport, didnt know what horse was which...etc
Then after going my trainer told me she had heard of many horses from there being lame and failing vetting etc....
It did put me off but i could't say if they are all like it.

Am interested in looking at a couple of horses here. Could you please PM with more info on this place?? Thanks :)

I bought both my horses from Homestead Equestrian a few years back and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I found the lady to be extremely helpful in choosing the correct horses for me. Both animals passed 5 stage vettings without a problem and had no further medical issues, other than the usual injuries etc. One mare was put down last year at the age of 27 and my other mare retired last year at the age of 20. When I start looking for my next horse, I will definitely return to Homestead Equestrian for their help. I also know several people who have purchased their horses from here, all without issue. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Yes this is my first post. Simply because I happened to google the yard a couple of days ago and this forum appeared. So I thought I would put my experiences of the yard across in the interest of fairness.
