Don't think she's hugely overpriced, I do think the advert needs to sell her more.
She looks like a nice type and reading between the lines sounds like she might be a very nice horse but the ad isn't clear on it.
She needs to go into more detail - is the horse schooled well enough to do a reasonable dressage test for example? When she went xc schooling, what did she do? If she was jumping ditches and water happily, then it should say so. Loves to jump - how high? What is she being aimed at, a PC allrounder, a showjumper, eventer?
She also needs more, better photos. Ideally a good flatwork one, preferably in trot, a jumping photo either of her out doing xc or something, or over a decent sized fence in the school, and a conformation shot.
I think her price could stand to drop a couple of hundred, but if the owner can show her potential through the advert text and the photo, I think she would sell quite quickly. I don't personally think £3700 inc all tack and rugs is actually unreasonable for a horse that's well schooled, has a good jump and is ready to go on and compete.
