I'm currently using supermarket honey and it's working better on this episode of thrush, than any other lotions and potions.

They sell the highest grade I've seen in shops http://m.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=4206&prodid=4923 Word of caution with honey though - it can make a mess!! Use it sparingly and make sure you clean it off before adding more.
