Absolutely pointless post about how much i'm enjoying my PL. The yard is so lovely and so are the other livaries and the YOs are amazing. I've really settled into it now and know the way it works and know the horse a bit better so everything seems to be going a bit smoother.

Just back from my duties tonight, got carried away in the arena and was riding in the dark but i just had such a smile on my face and i just feel on top of the world. If i ever buy another horse, i would seriously consider having it there despite having my own stables and grazing etc. An arena makes all the difference, and the company isn't bad either :)
 
Me too. I can count on my hands the people who say they like their yard (half them are at this yard!!) so i have always been taught yards are evil and i was genuinely terrified of going to one. They have all just put me so at ease. I'm a weirdo by half, and i was scared to ask for help to get on the horse (when im nervous i have this thing i just can't get on without someone holding the stirrup..) but tonight someone was lunging their pony, other people were standing about, YO was doing stuff and i just went in and got on by my very self and got on with my ride. (i was invited in to the school, in fact i played with the persons pony for a while and she held my horse haha)

Just loving it :)
