Hoof boots for exercise.

I have a pony shortly coming back from loan to be sold. She is unshod ( solid native feet) but they have used Old Mac boots on her front hooves for road work and stony tracks. She isn't coming home with the boots. Any reccommendations for this type of thing? Are they actually that good? I'm hoping to sell her on rather quickly so don't really want to spend a fortune. Thanks.

can't you ask to borrow their Old Macs till you sell her? or just work her on grass and arena if possible?
i have a pair of Marquis Supergrip hoof boots, very very good but not cheap.

Mind you I can get Old Macs from my EP for £85.

You may find you don't need them for a hardy native pony though tbh. If you're only keeping her a short while, you could just choose your surfaces.
