Highly reccomend urban horse, if you send them an email with your horses hoof pictures and measurements they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Or you could see if the hoof boot shop have a local fitter to you?

I use cavallo treks infront and flex boots behind on a 16.2 warmblood.
I have to say i prefer the cavallos. Im thinking of swapping the flexs for some scoot boots. Nothing wrong with the flexs but my horse is between sizes so i just cant get them to fit as well as i should

Like the previous commenters have said, it depends! Don't go into it set on one particular brand or style as sods law it won't fit your particular horse. Take pictures and measurements (guide for how to do that here: https://hoofbootique.co.uk/how-to-measure-and-photograph-for-hoof-boots/) and send them to your boot dealer or brand of choice and see what they say!
Might get lucky and have the first lot you try work perfectly, might have to try a few types. I've always gotten fitkit shells first of a variety of types as the angles etc can vary a lot. I have flex boots on one of mine but they were no good for the other as even though her measuremnts fit in just fine the front angle was too shallow. Can be a bit of a hassle to get started with boots i'll be honest but if you get it sorted its super and cheaper in the long run.

If your welshie has super round feet like my Welsh x, I’d recommend cavallos. Really hard wearing and reasonably priced. Just got 2 years of constant use out of his 2 pairs (booted all round) for £200….can’t complain about that I bet they’d done 2000 miles!
