Hoof boots

I've only used old macs, and found them very good. Stayed on, no rubs and lasted really well.

A horse I used to ride used them. Hacked out on stoney tracks and fields for 40-60mins 3 times a week. He only had them on his fronts. Lasted about a year.

cavallo, they are soft to the horses coronet and pastern and they are lighter and they are easy to put on, I haven't met a horse yet who didn't just take to these straight away!

Easyboot glove, great boots, easy to put on and not bulky :-)
not sure about wearing in field would have though it wouldve made horses foot sweat if worn for a long period of time :-/

This is the problem .... I dont want her feet getting hot or rubbing (sensitive chestnut TB!)

I like the look of the Cavello as they have the drainage holes/ventilation holes

i'd be interested too if anyone has any suggestions for boots suitable for turnout. I'm in week 8 of abscess nightmare, leaving him bare on that foot wouldnt work as he's so sore (flat weak tb feet!). he's currently wearing a Davis boot like a welly but his foot is sweating like mad, and now he's got thrush :-/
oh and hello! first post here! :-)
