Hoof deformity - advice welcome !!!

Hi again,

Ash has a mare with a severe hoof deformity and we would welcome any advice, picture below, you are also welcome to send on to your farrier if you feel they could offer help - thank you so much.

Sadly we have had a vet look at the hoof, from pictures, and their view is to have the mare PTS.... as she is not in pain I think Ash will see if we can get some condition on her and how that affects her movement (worried extra weigh may cause her pain).
