they were ok for me, i only ordered some stud plugs, so nothing extravagant, took them over a week to come, but nothing really bad to say. i dont think theres many other people on this forum with the same opinion though, maybe i was just lucky?!
 
Tried using them once. Waited three weeks and heard nothing- no phone calls, emails. Tried calling/emailing them and again, nothing. Nothing else I could do so raised a query through Paypal (thank goodness I'd paid that way!) and got a full refund fairly quickly.

Would certainly not reccomend.

(but at least I got my money back I guess) Wish I'd seen the other posts on here first, that'll teach me not to research properly!

What are you looking for? Some folk on here may be able to point you in the direction of the best deal for what you want!
 
Have just searched the previous posts and wish I had done before I ordered a light turnout rug on 13 May!! Have emailed and rang them, but can't leave message and had no reply from email! God how stupid am I. I have paid by Paypal, so can I sort something out to get my money back through them? Sorry I have been very blonde!!

Thanks for that. Have just emailed Paypal and put a complaint in about them. So fingers crossed I may hear something back.
 
dont care if its defamatory, basically if you have ordered anything and not got it, (like I did) waited over a month for a headcollar which was paid for on card day I ordered, no feedback whatsoever, until I opened paypal dispute! My headcollar was there within 2 days.

They come back wtih all the charm in the world once you mean business. Wuld NEVER use again.
 
I bought a Harry Hall coat set from them in October and it took three weeks to get to me. to be fair, they did reply to the email I sent asking where my order was and they said that it had been on back order. They don't actually keep any stock on hand, they seem to order it as they get the orders in. Although they have cheap prices, I would not order from them again.

Too bad we can't have a tack shop black list here.
 
I had no end of trouble with them not responding to emails, phone calls and being unable to make any contact with them. Eventually after 4 weeks waiting I said I was going to trading standards and my refund magically appeared ! In the whole time I was trying to sort it out I must have written about 6 emails over 4 weeks and only heard back twice when I got really narked with them. Grr
stay well away!
