Hi

Can anyone recommend a good hoof supplement?

There are so many available I don't know which one to try. Have used the NAF five star pro feet in the past but didn't really notice any change in her feet. Have heard that Formula for Feet is a good one so am thinking about giving that a try but would appreciate any comments.

Thanks

I think that's the one I am going to go with. I gave them a call and they are sending me an information pack and free sample so that I can make sure that she will eat it as she's a bit fussy.

I did think about going with simple Biotin but have read that it needs to be fed in conjunction with Zinc, Calicum and Methionine to be effective.

Guess its a case of giving things a try and finding out what works for her. Guessing games can be a bit expensive though!

Ive just started using Hoof and Health (Hilton Herbs) after a few people and the people in our feed merchant reccomended it, obviously cant tell you how it is yet but hoping that it will work!

Feedmark Hardy Hoof - and they have an offer on to get 50% extra free at the moment. I've tried them all and it's the only one that works. They deliver free next day too.

I undertsood that Biotin on it's own was useless too and needed to be fed in conjunction with cerain other trace elements.
