I ordered a medical armband from these people, took 3 weeks to arrive and I ended up having to buy one elsewhere as I needed it for an event. I tried emailing them and got no reply, I tried ringing them and no answer, the answerphone just said "the person you are calling cannot take your call and you cannot leave a message".

I ordered stuff 2nd May... still waiting. Tried emailing, calling and had no reply/response. Money came out of my account instantly though!
I've emailed to ask them to cancel the order and refund as I needed to buy elsewhere to get the stuff in time for what I needed it for. I'm £30 down and don't know if I'll get it back.
Wish I'd seen a thread like this first.

I ordered the Harry Hall Santiago coat and trousers for my son in October it it took 3 WEEKS to get to me! I don't think they actually carry anything in stock but order it from their suppliers as they get orders in.

Ordered loads of stuff, didn't arrive, tried ringing, repeat emails etc, then took up as a dispute through Paypal. They then sent email saying that some had been despatched prior to the dispute (yeah right!) so I got some of it, and got a refund via Paypal for the rest...I won't be using them again, there are so many reputable companies out there who will more than happy to take your order. These days I do a quick google search on a company if I haven't ordered from them first - it brings up all sorts of posts from forums such as this and can be a real eye opener.

ordered pretty headcollar for new pony, only on week 2 so will wait to see if it arrives, but WONT be using them again, no comms at all urgh!

That's been three weeks now and still no items. I've opened a dispute on paypal, hopefully get my money back eventually.

I had the same trouble as everyone else and it took 4 weeks to sort it out despite my numerous emails and eventually getting really cross with them. In the end I had one email reply from them and then nothing for weeks and when I threatened to go to trading standards I finally got the refund I had asked for from the begining!
