Any one else? I've had my order in my basket for about a week! Keep giving up on it.
I keep getting asked to fill the above missing details in before proceeding to payment. Happens on phone or laptop. The datils are all there.
Its's really annoying as I want a rug in the sale.


As a side Q unrelated, Is everyone else still having little annoying issues with this forum?
 
I’ve just placed and order and all fine, if you have an account maybe log in before going to the basket?
Or you could ring them, always found them very helpful
 
I know the issue you mean, had it in the past but not recently. It seemed to go away on its own but worth emailing them about it if it’s been going on a while.
 
I ordered from HVS last week and didn't have an issue. Have you tried contacting them? I usually message them on Facebook if I have a query with an order. They are pretty prompt at getting back to me. Hope you get it sorted 🤞
 
Are you ordering it for collection? I've not bought from HVS for a while, but Redpost have changed their website and I was having a similar problem with checkout. I couldn't see what was missing and it was driving me nuts! So I went through everything, and opening up the map thingy sorted it out. I guess the missing field was the collection point. 🤷‍♀️
 
I will never order from Hope Valley again. Twice I have ordered things that are shown as in stock which have taken weeks to arrive. I have phoned to be told they don’t have stock and are waiting for the item to come in. But they always take my money straight away!

I've had this issue too.
 
Just contact them - always very helpful and never had issues with orders. Plenty of problems with repeat messages here though
