Hopetoun Sections are Up!

soupdragon- I'm sure there's plenty input from the jockey too! Hope the journey isn't too horrid, do you have company to keep you amused? (muffinthemule- same to you too!)

Haha don't worry about me FJ I have my lovely Mum sat next to me telling me I'm driving too fast every 15 mins and gripping her door handle! Still, lovely to have her there and she is my number 1 groom/supporter/sense-speaker

i know can you believe these non horsey people who get married in the middle of the competition season :p tried to see if i could possibly fit in both but as eglinton week after i thought i could go along and pretend to be a "normal":p person for the day. But i am unbelievably jealous of all going!! Good luck to all - will be thinking of you!

i have a friend (who is horsey btw, just doesn't event) who is getting married this august. She was told by a large number of us that if she dared to make it the weekend of blair it would be a very quiet wedding!! So she made it the weekend before - and of course there is a new event at drumclog that weekend - arrrgghhh! Trying to figure out if i have time to compete then go to wedding after (only invited to night do). Is this wrong of me?!?!

Now then FC - I presume you and Po are planning to stay together this time! ;)

Britestar - Yup we are going for 3rd Time Lucky that we remain together for the whole round. Muffin the Mule has already volunteered to superglue jods to the saddle if we fail again. Have been practicing straight lines and staying on when on the flat! Most people worry about the fences I'm just worried about the bit in between the fences as the fences aren't the problem!!

Does your Ma sing very out of tune at the top of her voice on the way home? Has the new wheels been converted to accomodate her "Best Of Love Songs" tape collection? More importantly has she been round past M&S Foodhall in preparation for the ultimate munchies?

Yup, that's the one DS! :) Mr FJ grew up in the 'Ferry! It's a lovely event.

Wow....

We lived is SQ for 4 years, when an ex-stepdad was in the army, and we went to Dalmeny Primary, as we first were on the camp (Craigihall I think it was called...)

I was up there last in 2005....at the Fringe, performing with uni.....
