Hormonal Mare?

My mare is really highly strung and naughty at the minute. I am on my second tub of global herb's magcalm but it does not seem to have made a blind bit of difference. I am beginning to think it is her hormones and using a calmer is a waste of money. Does any one elses mare get like this during the summer months and have they had any success with hormonal control products? Thanks

I have a Randy Gelding and hes on Global Herbs RigCalm which works a treat.

Other than suppliments have you thought about consulting your vet, i believe with some mares they can have a marble inserted in to their uterus which can help.

my sisters mares are acting wierd lately and it has been put down to the strange weather it is changing the horses sesions and they can miss one and the have one with twice as many hormones , this is what makes them even more marish. some hormone products don't effect some horses but i would recommend blue chip karma, its a equine natrual calmer 1 bottle lasts for 40 days and it does not smack your horse of it trolly. heres a link :
