I hate how the horses look at this time of year - their coats are changing and they look dull and moth eaten. I am also covered in hair and dust from hours of grooming! When he's been attacked with the rubber curry comb and bathed (its still fly sheet weather here - lovely and sunny) he's all lovely and shiney, but give it 24 hours and he's all dull and scurfy.
Anything I can give him to help? I was thinking of adding equijewel in early to his feed as he normally has it in winter to help keep the weight on. Someone else has suggested redcell or similar - but how will that help?
