Well after my excited post last week I thought I would be posting a sad one this week.
Especialy after the last 8 months of one step forwards three steps back.
But I couldn't be more wrong.
On Sat I desided to ride him in the school. I didn't lunge him first I just got streight on and he was as good as gold
He walked on when I asked him to. We walked round on both reins for a while and he didn't even think about napping.
Had a trot on both reins and even a canter

He's going to need alot of schooling He seems to struggle with trot and keeps breaking into canter and he always picks up the wrong canter lead. But atleast he doesn't nap and seems willing to go forwards (if only alittle to keen
)
He had Sun off then on Mon I desided to take him hacking again. He was a little star. We even saw some wild ponies. He looked at them but luckly we wern't to close and I managed to make a detore which he didn't mind
We continued on the hack without any trouble. We still only walked but i'm so pleased.
Then today I lunged him in walk, trot and canter. He was so so good and he even had a jump. After was the real icing on the cake I desided to try to load him in the horsebox. I led him up to the ramp, he stopped and sniffed it for a moment then he walked streight up the ramp and into the box

He didn't make any fuss.

I'm so proud of him he seems to be coming on in leaps and bounds. He's realy starting to prove all those people who told me to give up wrong.

Thanks for reading.
