Horrid morning :(

One of the Horses at my yard went down with Lami on Tues. He was on strong painkillers but they haven't touched him. Today he was in agony. Owner had him PTS. She didn't want to be there, he was her forever horse and she had him a long time. I stayed to stand with one of the Horses that are on boxrest and his owner was not there as she was holding the Horse being PTS. I've never been there before, although I didn't see anything. The noise is not something I will be forgetting. RIP beautiful Horse!

RIP horse, sadly I think there will be a few more this winter as the grass is suddenly growing again.

There is another on boxrest at the moment with Lami. She has Cushions. His owner had him 21 years. Its my YM's Horse

I hope the mare with cushings comes right, many years ago we lost a little driving pony to it, a nasty illness.

Yes the gun noise. I was around the other side of the yard as I didn't want to see. The Pony I was with took comfort from me being there I think.
