not a nice one but im really getting my hair off .over the past 5 years the has been one particular nasty person in our area lets call him mr a just in case he ever gets arrested. that always seems to be about when a incident happens to a horse .my friends horse hade 3 air pellets in his chest and mr a actually told my friend he seen them there and sure enought the vet dug 3 out it got to the point where she was scared to go to her horses as she was scared of him police was involved but no whitnesses.another lady in the same area purchased a shire cross of mr a"s friend so he made visits to the horse the lady caught him messing around her field and told him he wasnt welcome .he told her it would never be her horse even thought she purchased it 2 days later the horse hade to be pts with colic she informed the police about mr a"s attitude towards he again no whitnesses.no last year my pregnant mare showed signes of being tacked up.and my ponies started acting out of charecter shetty started biteing and kicking me in the stable another would bolt out the stable when i enterd it .then one day i found a head collar and rope that didnt belong to me .it hade mr a"s name on it.now beleive it he was working at a rideing school so i took it there and asked was it theres ho yes its the one mr a uses wher did you find it so i told them .police involved again no whitnesses .now heres the nasty bit 5 weeks ago mr a was caught sexually molesting a old mare at his place of work by the yard manager.pleas dont read on if you feel sick ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,he hade his arm up inside the mare fisting her inside with his trouser around his ankles pleasuring him self .they sacked him but did not inform the police no arrest haveing counciling is the latest news .the police have now been informed by a third party and police say they will inform the rspac .what makes me sick in all this is its the only time hes been seen by a whitness and they would rather protect the yards name that bring this animal to justice.ps dont say batter him as my son did this and got a criminal record for it .now im not a troll i was the one who found lilly the stolen mare in december.
 
He sounds like a complete **** If i were you i would move asap. If my horses were showing signs of distress and evidence of him being there i would be gone. Even if i had to travel further etc etc. As for Mr F'ing A I have no idea what to suggest, i hope th epoor old mare is ok :mad: My fist would have been in his face! I'm a huge believer in Karma though!
 
my son put more that his fist in his face.he wont go by mine again but every one elses horses are at risk now hes left the yard where hes been doing it at his pleasure.i hade words with the owner and told him he hade a duty to think of every one elses horses in the area and that beastiallity is a criminal offence,and messaged the yard manager on fb just to let him know it wasnt a secret and what i thought of him personally no answer off him.but atleast i know the police and rspca are now informed.

Thats terrible and such a hard one, it may be worth ringing the RSPCA and telling them the other cases you mentioned - not sure what good it'll do but it may get them to realise how dangerous he is and actually do something!

Is the yard yours? If so get a guard dog!!
 
the totally sick ******* someone should really give it to him with no witnesses too, id move your horses just to be on the safe side
 
no whitnesses a horse cant make a statment i was told by the police .no whitnesses untill now .im just praying they do tell the police what happend .but if they informed his social worker first .then im not sure the cps will carry it on .in 3 years hes been teached to catch lead and do every thing he needs to handle a horse .hes very confident around horses

they know about him and the police profiled him as a person most likely to harm a horse in our area 18 months ago they also updated his profile 1 week before he was caught and informed the rspca about concerns of his working at the yard
 
i put this post on here to let horse owners know that the are really sick perverted people in this world and if a horses acts out of charecter the are reasons for it .inocently if your told some one has been seen in with your horses you automatically think there after stealing them never in this world would you think its for sexual gratification .
 
Contact your local Police Equine Liaison Officer. Badger them until they do something about it! Get their email address and email them constantly. Become their friend but their worst nightmare! It's only by being a pain in the a$$, something will ever get done.

Call your local papers journalist, email BBC Watchdog and your local Trading Standards.

^^^this, shout and scream about until someone does something about it, it's totally sick, people can't go around doing that the children so why should they get away with doing these dreadful sick things to animals too. :mad:
 
I think a letter being sent to the yo - informing them if they do not make the complaint public - you will - they are as guilty as the man invloved if they remain silent and are condoning what has gone on..... now if they will let that happen to the animals.... what is to say the children are not being targetted too?

THE YO SHOULD BE ASHAMED THAT THEY HAVE NOT REPORTED THIS!
 
Contact Shropshire Horse watch, if nothing else they will warn local horse owners, and they also seem to liaise a lot with the police so this might just encourage the police to do somethiing. Thanks for the warning.

Oh my god, this is truely vile. Yes, agree with everyone else KEEP banging that metaphorical door so to speak until something gets done and Mr A is truely mental a digust to the human race. How horrible to be part of this, but well done for doing the right thing.

im good friends with the horsewatch but they cant do anything until the owner reports it to the police.bhs also know and are disgusted by the yo ilph cant help.beleive the police have informed the rspca.mr a walks past our fields every day he goes to meet his uncle at work then gets a lift home .this is madening all the owners on our patch .we all like our grazeing weve got every thing we need the land is cheap and were left alone so moveing 4 horses is not really a option.i even moved house so i wouldnt have to see him as he was a neightbour in my old street .any way its not just in my area hes been seen .he has a moped so can get where he wants to.hes travelled up to 15 miles away and been seen in with horses.ive only stated the cases where police was involved. hes been suspected where 2 other horses died and not in my area but he was seen in there fields .
 
Public exposure (excuse the pun) is the best bet. Abusers of any being need scilence in order to continue perpatrating their crimes. Can you persuade the stables that the best light they can be seen in as good, responsible people who took immediate action as soon as he was found out & are now acting out of public duty & love for all equines to bring him to account? Shame there isn't a sex abusers register for animals. Heard of this happening at a livery stables years ago close to where I kept my horse. NO-ONE who owned a mare would go there until he was booted out. Word spreads very fast around the local equine community. Not like you can be sued for libel as you would be able to produce witnesses to back your statement.
 
I know this sounds a bit 'american film type scenario' but what about loads of poeple taking it in turns to secretly follow him and possibly film him in action or something, so you have evidence!

beastiallity cases who have been prosecuted do go on the sex offenders register. but as they say you can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink it.local horse comunity all warned about him its not a secret in the area all owners more disgusted in yo owner for not wanting to involve police .animals turn him on thats what he likes and he will carry on doing it until hes prosecuted .
 
I'm horrified by this post; there is a lot of research that proves that people who harm animals also go on to harm/abuse people. In the USA they use the abuse of the family pets as part of evidence against those commiting domestic violence. Not to say that abuse of the horse isn't sickening enough, but that the police should take it very seriously.

Can you not report to police the incident with the mare; surely if they go and interview the YO then they won't deny it??

a 3rd party reported it and police said they would go to yard and see yo and ym who caught him doing it
 
Lets hope police take this further. This man obviously needs taking out of society and to receive some help for his mental state.
 
I am so shocked at any YO not taking this further, it's a case of 'i'm all right jack but never mind anyone elses horse'.
He will go on doing this til he is stopped. I would be a nervous wreck if my horse was kept in that area. Does he have learning difficulties? some of the things you have said made me think this. Does he have a carer or family that can be approached?
I agree with others that I would keep on til someone does something to stop this.
 
This made me feel sick ! I hope that YO comes to senses and reports him .Lets hope that if this sad git does it again he chooses a mare that kicks the **** out of him .

you got the nail on the head,in every word you said.he does have problems in the head .his familly a as much as *******s youd ever meet and think the sun shines out his butt even when broke his moms yorkis pelvis by jumping on it he got away scott free.when my son hit him they said he was disabled with learning difficulties with aspergens .this is just a pun for extra dla money .he went to a special school because he hade reading /writeing difficulites.he can lead 2 large horses out on his own has a moped licence he drinks and smokes.so its all excuses hes just a nasty sick twisted pervert who likes to hurt animals

not just the mares he hade a thing about the stallions on the yard aswell he had 50 pics of equine penis in his phone yo told about this aswell he was more intrested if they were his yard horses penis in pics
