I am suffering terribly!
I am allergic to horses - in summer it only seems to be greys and chesnuts that bother me, in winter its everything! - hay, straw, dust etc etc!!
I take antihistamines every morning and night - have tried doubling up, I don't groom in the stable, I try not to touch my face, change clothes as soon as I arrive home.
Today for example, I've had my AH, gone to the yard, done jobs for one horse and bandaged her foot up
and just given the other one a quick brush and tacked up and schooled for 15 minutes (my M.E limits what I can manage) and I am streaming
started sneezing at half 9 and its now 1pm and I'm still going!
At least I am getting into the festive spirit with a red nose

Is there any miracle cures/prevention or obscure things that people find help???
