Horse and Country TV

Anyone else find that what they list isn't what is being shown?
I've just turned over to watch a Monty Roberts thing and it is some hill walking, endurance thing.
And the number of times I have tried to watch the Royal Show to find it is SJing or some countrylife thing.

I sat down eager to watch something I'd recorded on H & C TV, needless to say when the programme started it was something entirely different. Enough said!!

Yes, Has happened to me on several occasions, can't remember them all, but find it very annoying!!!!!!!!

The schedules are totally up the spout and whats even more annoying is the blasted poker/bingo thing thats invaded the channel.

There are too many repeats ans too much game playing. I just want to watch programes about horses not gamble. You all have very good points.

Sorry to barge in on this post.... but what sky package do you need in order to get Horse and Country TV?

yep i recorded some program about the GB olympic team. Sat down to watch it and it was actually a program about Jumpcross!

You can get it on Freeview, channel 280 (I know, I'm sad!) I loved it when we first got the new tv but now, you're lucky if there's one new programme a week. So many repeats, certainly not worth paying for IMV.

We can't get Dave, would have to subscribe for that but H & C is definitely free; we do have a Sky box though (but don't subscribe at all) so don't know if that makes any difference.

I get it on Freeview and Im in the wildy woollies and only get some freeview channels. We have a standard freeview box tho we do get reception from satellite dish not aeriel butdont have any sky at all.

I like it, tho agree about the schedules and repeats.

I dont understand the online bingo tho, Id rather have more repeats than that.

Well I have a satalite dish outside my flat window with some sort of cable coming in. I'll have to see if the more technical OH can make something work.
I get Dave every now and then depending on where my aeriel is in the living room lol.
