We have Sky + which is quite handy though...just H&C TV isn't anything special...

I was watching a little of their Home Shopping prog today whilst I was ironing, and that weird blonde woman with the big mouth gives me the creeps. I was looking closely at the screen to see whether there were wires that came down from the top to operate her!

However I actually really enjoy H+C tv. Loved the 1.40m quainton stud speed derby coverage, and next week there are 2 lots of different coverage from the new forest show. I've got Team Fredericks sky plussed! And loved the lucinda green clinics.

There are so many repeats that you could probably get away with a friend taping/dvd-ing for you and watch it that way!!

Interesting but novelty soon wears off

I think I was a bit put off the channel by the Royal Show coverage, it was all too much talk and not enough action.

We used to be on Telewest and we swopped to sky partly because sky wouldn't let Telewest have access to their SKY One channel anymore (I'm a 24 and Lost addict!!!) but also because of the new channel Horse & Country TV, although there are some really interesting stuff on there, just like all these packages there are lots and lots of repeats....I was hoping they might show some dressage or eventing at some point, I was obviously under the wrong impression as to what might be on there...that shopping bit does my head in and can be on for hours, my boyfriend thinks that the advertising is there to help support/pay for the rest of the stuff on the channel....any one know if this is true??? Also anyone know if we are likely to see other stuff like dressage and 3 day eventing on there at any point in the future??

Third that, I've stopped watching it these days... same old same old, and anything that is on that I'd watch is on at the same time as other stuff I'm not missing.
