No, doesn't appear to be a charity - although canvassing for donations.

Don't seem to have a web site and can't find a record of charitable status. Apparently JC Fundraising who were 'processing' donations for them, no longer does so and has returned the money to the donors.
It is registered as a business at Companies House.
