Don't know any in Cornwall, but Exeter have horse sales fairly regularly.

you just missed one, westcountry sports horses had one in the summer. they sell some though. i think they have a website, try googling it maybe?

Trevoulter Barton Stud had an auction in the summer and many failed to reach reserve so i don't know what Karensa has up there now.
