BBC have just run a story on Daniel Manning who has won lottery funding in order to try and represent Britain in para dressage in 2012.

BBC reporter said that dressage was better known as 'horse ballet' which nearly made me spit my tea out.

After last night I would describe dressage in a different way.....how about a frustrating battle of will between rider and beast, for starters??!!

Oh that's tu tu much!!!!

But I suppose anyone whos not "ridden" dressage just thinks the horse does it entirely on its own with the rider just sitting pretty on top! ~ anyway how hard can it be to make a horse go sideways???
