Horse Bedding!

I am getting a horse in a few weeks and i am thinking about bringing him in to the stable in the evenings for the first few weeks while he settles in. SOOO i need a cheap, easy to clean bedding which will cover a big area (i have a big stable).

Have you thought about trying Phlax bedding - I've been giving it a go and have just started the process of swapping from shavings to Phlax. I was put off by price for ages - and thought the 'you'll only use half as much' sounded a bit over the top. But it's true - once you get the first bed in you hardly use any.
