Does anybody know of a qualified equine behavioural expert that would be able to assess a horse, with a view to writing a report which could be used as a statement in court?

Or does anybody know if Kelly Marks/Richard Maxwell types would do this and how much they may charge?

Thanx

I would expect Richard Maxwell would be able to come and assess the horse, as to whether he would write a report you would need to speak to Nikki, his PA, details on their website.

He does charge approx £400 to come and assess a horse though. Good luck

www.naturalhorsepeople.com <- lots of knowledgable people on here and they're all qualified as well.

Mmm ... depends on the nature of the problem but I have been used as an 'expert' witness in a court case - re horse's suitability for purpose. (We won!) Not 'qualified' as an 'equine behaviour expert' (who is - except notionally) but BHSAI with 40 years professional experience, breder, trainer etc. And not far from you! PM if you like.
