horse behaviourist ?

Does any one know of a equine behaviourist in scotland?
For the north Lanarkshire area, my horse has been acting up when being mounted to be riden, getting better with me but will not let anyone else on, had his back, saddle, teeth etc checked so im thinking its a behaviour thing.
