Horse belched?!

Should I be worried? Horse was turned out for the first time in 3 weeks today and I suspect she's had a field day (!) gorging herself on grass. She was brought in at 3pm and when I saw her at 6pm she was alert but obviously still feeling stuffed. While being groomed her stomach did a big gurgle followed by a belch, twice.
I've never heard a horse belch before, should I worry?
I didn't give her hard feed tonight (though i suspect if id have given it she would have wolfed it down) just hay and yo will check on her later.

My horse did that too after we gave him more grazing. He was bloated and his stomach was rumbling, he did it about 3 times I assumed a build up of gas caused it. Very strange sound, never heard a horse belch before.

I have no idea but logic makes me think that it must be better for them to pass the gas one end or the other!! I am sure there will be someone on here who will be to offer advice.

Don't worry!! My mare does this every spring summer, daily after being out! I asked the vet and she said it was nothing to worry about!

Well pony was fine this morning and eager for her breakfast.
