yes i had one on trial decided it wasn't suitable so swapped it for another one, and then brought the second one all good. absolutely no probs. bits turned up speedily and all well packaged.
 
i only paid £5 for a trial which isn't refunded unless you buy the bit. so i paid £5 for the first trial and then £5 for the second trail and i got £5 off the second bits purchased price. does this make sense???
 
yes it does. Was just interested to know if you'd had a refund as I got 2 bits from them last year which were delivered the next day (so I was very impressed with them too). Neither were right so i returned them within the deadline but they charged me for both of them. So far i haven't managed to get a refund despite having a copy of the signature on the return from the post office as I sent them special delivery. I've phoned them several times but keep getting told that they need to look into it. So now I'm £65 out of pocket and have no bits so feeling a bit

I had some trouble with them. Yes, they delivered the initial bit very swiftly, however when I then sent it back to exchange it for another size, it took me the best part of 5 or 6 months to get the new size

I've had poor service from them with regards to chasing them up for delivery / refunds etc. I only use them now if I absolutely can't get the bit anywhere else.
