Has anyone on here bought anything from the above company on Facebook? I ordered a browband on pre order and was told it would be with me in 10-20 days. I paid for it in order. It has now been 34 days since order, I have had no communication from them unless I message them. I have been told three seperate dates that it was sent and now been sent a dodgy pic of a receipt claiming It was proof of sending. The receipt has the dates , amount and my post code hand written on it , with an amount that in no way relates to what I paid! The hand written bits are over the top of the original printed bit.
I have had communication with several other people in the same boat.
Terrible customer service!
 
I'm not sure it's the customer service that is the problem here. Did you pay by paypal? Raise a claim for a refund.
 
I did pay by PayPal so will see what I can do.

I think being fobbed off and lied to about it being sent three times is pretty bad customer service though. ��
 
The person that does the advertising on Facebook is little more than a child. The same child who was advertising for schooling and competition liveries to show jump on her luxury yard (someone else's livery yard)

Think she seems pretty harmless but I've yet to see the presence of an adult regarding either 'business' though presumably there must be one at the helm for at least the limited company...?

My guess it's not a scam but she has been unable to source the item or has got snowed under

Certainly round the local area (I'm from the same area) it's normal for post offices to scrawl the destination postcode on receipts in pen. Regardless of the receipt you can still open a case as it's up to the sender to ensure you get the goods not just provide proof of postage

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

i've been messed around for months, was promised a browband, apparently it got lost in the post. Was eventually sent another which was in awful condition and the wrong leather colour, the leather was seperating and it was shocking! Returned that at my own expense to just start the whole cherade again of posting.

The seller said she'd sent it on the 30th of October yet produced a receipt for the 23/09/2015 with the wrong postcode on it after pointing out SEVERAL times that the 9th month is actually SEPTEMBER she still maintained that it was the correct receipt and that was my postcode. Obviously I know that October is the 10th month and I am aware of my postcode......

This is a 13 year old girl dreaming about making a quick buck. She's rude and lacks the intelligence to run a business.
